You will be given a Return Authorization Code that must be included in the package with your items. All returns must be mailed within 15 days of order arrival date, please allow up to 5 business days for in-house processing. Returns received after 15 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. All returns must include original packaging and must be in new, unused condition. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.
